1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MultiMiner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

2About the App

MultiMiner is a free-to-play simulation and entertainment app that lets you experience the mechanics of cryptocurrency mining in a virtual environment. The app does not perform real cryptocurrency mining and does not use your device's resources to mine any digital currency.

3Virtual Items and Rewards

• All coins, balances, and rewards shown in the app are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real cryptocurrency, cash, or anything else of value.
• Any withdrawal, payout, or transfer feature is part of the simulation only.
• We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual balances at any time without notice.
• You have no ownership rights over virtual items generated within the app.

4Acceptable Use

You agree to use MultiMiner only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use cheats, bots, automation tools, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers, or connected networks.
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or another user's account.

5Advertisements and In-App Purchases

MultiMiner is supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases.

• Ads, including rewarded video ads, may be displayed during normal use of the app.
• Some features may require watching an ad to unlock a reward or bonus.
• In-app purchases are optional and are processed by the relevant app store.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Purchased items are virtual and remain subject to these terms.
• Prices and available offers may change at any time.

6Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and software within MultiMiner are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

MultiMiner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• That the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• That any defects or bugs will be corrected.
• That the app is free of viruses or other harmful components.
• That results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable.
• Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause.
• You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
• Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of MultiMiner after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
